The Danger of an Open Mind
We don't need to open our minds to God. We need to open our hearts to Him.
When we open our minds we are relying on ourselves to find the truth. When we open up our
hearts we acknowledge His power is greater than our knowledge. The mind is satan's
battleground it's a dangerous place to go, unarmed. Putting of the full armor of God is
the only way to be safe. And this is with God's direction and His power. My calling from God
is spiritual warfare. I didn't open my mind to Him, but I did open my heart. The power is all His.
I had a family member possessed by the evil one. The Lord had me intercede for my loved one.
God provided all the direction and all the power and all the strength. I was just an instrument of His will.
The Lord filled me with everything I needed without my needing to open my mind. God's already in
our minds and our hearts. We need to ask Him for knowledge and wisdom. He supplies it, He
speaks to our hearts to let us know it is from Him. If we are wise in our own eyes, we will fail.
The evil one uses scripture and pretends to serve God. Only seeking God's protection and asking Him
to show us the deceivers, will keep us safe. If I seem angry it's because I feel God's righteous anger
welling up inside of me when I read the word open minded. It's the work of satan and many, many
people will be deceived by it. The Lord is telling me
post this in a blog. Glory to God.

I try to distance myself as much as possible for worldly things such as movies and music. I try to replace them with Christian influenced ones. I agree the devil does use our minds. Personally as a thinker...I find myself struggling to stay heart and faith focused. I pray overtime that will change.
and concentrated on GOD'S SPIRITUAL WORD in our minds
for we have the MIND of MESSIAH.
I come to you not with great words or wisdom
only with the TESTIMONY of GOD.
I know that I do not know more than you
except MESSIAH YHSHWH and HIM CRUCIFIED.
I (self) exist trembling in weakness and fear.
My speech is not in words of wisdom to entice men
but is the WORDS of HIS SPIRIT and HIS POWER.
My FAITH is not in men's wisdom but in the POWER of GOD.
My speech, which is not the world's wisdom,
is WISDOM to those who are PERFECTED.
My speech is not wisdom to the world leaders
that are going nowhere;
I speak the WISDOM of GOD which GOD HAS ORDAINED
to BE KNOWN.
No one, of this world, has known it. If they had known it,
they would not have CRUCIFIED our MESSIAH YHSHWH.
It is WRITTEN, eye has not seen, nor ear heard,
neither does the heart of man know,
the THINGS that GOD HAS PREPARED for those that LOVE HIM.
GOD HAS REVEALED these THINGS to me by HIS SPIRIT.
HIS SPIRIT KNOWS all the these THINGS.
The spirit of man knows the things of men.
HIS SPIRIT KNOWS HIS THINGS.
I do not accept the spirit of this world.
I SUBMIT to HIS SPIRIT that I might KNOW
the THINGS that GOD FREELY GIVES to those WHO LOVE HIM.
I SPEAK and TEACH in HIS SPIRIT'S WORDS
and not in the words of men.
SPIRITUAL THINGS are SPIRITUAL.
Men of this world will not know or accept
the SPIRITUAL THINGS of HIS SPIRIT
because they are foolish to them.
HE that IS SPIRITUAL CHOOSES SPIRITUAL THINGS
because HE KNOWS that HE IS JUDGED by GOD, not man.
WHO KNOWS the MIND of GOD
and ACCEPTS HIS INSTRUCTION?
HIS BODY HAS HIS MIND, the MIND of MESSIAH.
1Cor 2:1-16
ACCEPT HIS INSTRUCTION.
